Weight watchers all the way!!! You can eat what you like (as long as u stick to your points). It teaches you more about changing your lifestyle than "dieting" as such IYKWIM. I dont like these Tony Furgerson ones, i have a friend who went there and had to cut out potato, bread, pasta etc... stuff that i say!

Just look at my ticker and i have only been doing WW for 3 weeks! Yes ofcourse i do some exercise.. but u can just lower your points to counteract the no exercise until u can get moving again. And.. its only $1 to join at the moment!!!

There are some bigger seats (I think they are just called a female seat) rather than the male or racing seats, you can also get wool covers for them, but I reckon Maz could sew up something funkier and comfier

I got on Dudies bike and worked out that by sitting on a bike seat will actually...umm part the ways and not cause any pressure or rubbing IFYKWIM. It was quiet comfortable and allowed me to feel human lol
