). I vote for starting on Monday as there's no way I can kick the ciggies during the week and I like things to start "fresh": ie, new week, new attitude! OK, I'm a little OCD 
Needless to say, that went down like a lead balloon! I've been a bit worried about the weight for a while, but now that we're taking an IVF break, it's time to do something about it. I'm going with the extra exercise and highprotein/low carbs diet. It's worked previously for me, but I just love my carbs so don't stick to it! Plus DH is half Italian, so there's LOTS of pasta-ry goodness in our house
