Hi ladies,
Im currently tossing up whether to do this program! i have about 20-30kg to lose (possibly more) and i've heard good things from you ladies about it! (and on the website too, but we all know they put their best examples on the website lol)
but its just a whole lot of money to spend when i really dont know anything about the program!
How often are you expected to work out? and for how long? are the meal plans easy to follow? do they allow sweets? how realistic is it all?
i just want to know if its worth the $200!
Honestly, it's not too different to information i've been told before, stick to a calorie aloowance, 1 hr workout every day.
unlike WW etc it will teach you to see the real values in food (cals, carbs, fats, proteins) instead of looking at points.
But it is the way it is presented that i like.
It hasnt properly begun and i have already learnt the things i do 'wrong' and the reasons i 'fail'.
If you struggle with mindset then it is worth it.
I never wanted to be a calorie counter, and TBH i probably wont do it 'hardcore' but i can already see its successes in me.
It will teach me how to fuel my body the right way, and show me that realistically, x amount of cals is a lot of food when you make the right choices.
a lot of your diet could really be your choic, just use the recipes and ideas as guidance.
i havent got the plan yet as rd2 doesnt start until june 4th.
there are also lots of fb groups that you can join: im in a 30plus group and a local one.
