This week I lost 1.1kg so am now 5kg down and a third of the way to my goal I went away for the weekend with some girlfriends and we drank and went out for dinner etc. I made sure I saved up points to use and made good decisions when eating out. Plus I made them go for a big walk each day to get the babies to sleep but also some exercise for us. It seems that it paid off - yay!
