I assembled 4 flat-packed bookshelves yesterday afternoon. I think it's the equivalent of doing 3 hours of gym workouts... I'm feeling some muscles today! Woulda been really good for me apart from the chocolate I was snacking on...
How is everyone else going? I sooo want to lose another .5 this week, it'll take me past a personal milestone (and to the half-way point), but I'm petrified it won't happen... cheer for me pls!

Wow it is quieter in there than I thought it would be. I just got back from Cairns. Was pretty good the first half of the week and then absolutely shocking the second half. Oh well - thats what holidays are for. Tomorrow I am back into everything but cringe about jumping on the scales Tuesday morning.

I weighed in this morning and lost 0.6kg - 0.15 off what I wanted. I am a bit disappointed but I guess a loss is a loss. I am 3.85kg down now so better than where I started from. My cm loss has also been consistent so that's positive as well.
Well I've been pretty good this week but the scales have been cruel to me today!! Haven't lost anything, might even have a very slight gain tomorrow morning, but I guess it remains to be seen. I am soooo bloated and uncomfortable, I look and feel like I am 4 months pregnant, here's hoping it's just fluid retention related to my psycho hormones not knowing what to do now that my breastfeeding has petered to practically nil. I am HATING my uterus at the moment and wishing it would just kick into it's pre-pregnancy routine and stop doing this to me.
Hi guys. How was everyone's weigh in? I put on 0.4kg so not too bad for my holiday. Forgot to measure though so will do that tomorrow morning.
