I need to get fit - I'll look at the programme tonight! And maybe repeat a lot of weeks LOL. I'll try to do it around University, but at least I'll know DS is being looked after if I do my running to pick him up from Nursery.

Gorgeous ladies and gent! Thanks so much for being willing to join me on this - I reckon I may have chickened out if not for all of you jumping in and committing to it too!

Tomorrow starts our challenge! We will keep each other focussed and on track, and encourage each other by posting our progress.

I'm first up at 5.30am Perth time. I'll be using all of you as inspiration when I have to get out of bed at that ungodly hour, let me tell you! So don't let me down, y'hear! I can't wait to har how everyone has done!

Good luck tomorrow girls. I''m afraid I'm out before we even start. DH was injured at work and will be having surgery tomorrow or Tuesday so he definately wont be able to watch the girls while I'm out running. Will try to join in when things settle down a bit.

Janice, have fun! I'll be thinking of you at 5.30 when I'm up feeding Ashlyn.

    Hi sushee,
I did this program last year in the summer and it was great. I really enjoyed getting out in the fresh air and having a program to keep to was really motivating. Unfortunately with less daylight in winter, I gave it up and this summer I know I am less fit and for some reason very unmotivated!! I will watch you guys as it may get me motivated.
Tenille, saw the thread about your DH. that is very bad. Stoopid People don't realise what damage a hit to the head can do.

I'm in too. DH and I are going to do it together. I think though we will start tomorrow - for now anyway the best days for us will be Tues, Thurs and Sunday. But that might change in three weeks when DS1 starts big boy kindy.

How did you go this morning?

Well, I did it!!!!! The first run is out of the way, and man it was good!

I have not run for over a year, and getting back out there felt sooooooooo good. But man am I unfit. Anyway, that last 60 seconds running was a killer, but I must say, I liked having the podcast, it kept me focussed, without having to check the time. Next run for me will be lunchtime Wednesday.

    Anyone else run?

DH mentioned last night that he wanted to do this..

I think we'll start it next Monday - I'm trying to shift a bit more weight so the jogging isn't so hard on my joints.

Did it this morning and it was fine. I am not naturally a runner but didn't struggle with it. It was my muscles that hurt more than feeling puffed. I guess I musn't use those ones too much. Only planning to do once a week due to other exercise but if I feel motivated I will go again later in the week. Just really looking forward to shifting some weight. It is so easy to gain and so hard to lose!!!

I'm knackered though from having to wake up at 5.30am!!
