I've done my first session! 30 secs running then 90 secs walking for about 25 mins!

I'm knackered though from having to wake up at 5.30am!!

All you girls with new shoes making me jealous!!! But my old faithfuls are going ok. Hope your evening runs went well.

Sush - good one! I cant believe you were running so early. I am knackered and I was running at 9am...

Cindy - I sent you a PM with where I got my podcasts from, but google it, and you should find them too.

Great work to everyone who started today! And yay for more and more of you committing to the challenge!

My legs are killing me. I thought I'd cope well seeing as I cycle as much as I do, but I must use different muscles. I have to download some podcasts because watching the time is hard to do.

I was only intending on running once a week, as I cycle too, but have decided that if I want to keep up with the rest of you (at least part of the time) I have to do the C25K at least twice a week. So I'm dropping a bike session and running again 5.30am on Friday morning.

Seeing all of you joining up motivates me!

thought I would just check in, didn't really run tonight. Have been walking with a friend and she isnt quite ready for the running lol. Think I might do the three nights on my own until she is ready and then do 3 nights walking with her.

I think I will have to start Sunday. DH has to fly interstate for a funeral and will be gone tomorrow and Wed nights. So tomorrow is definitely out and Thurs looks unlikely. But hey, as long as I start right!
