So who is starting tomorrow? I will be if the gym is open, still trying to work this out! If not, I might wait until next week and join in starting from week 2 as I know the crèche will re-open then and I will have no excuses

So, who's done their first run today? I've just done mine. Very hot and sweaty now on this humid Perth day!

I'm starting tomorrow chicklets! I have my ebay armband holder coming soon (hurry up!!) and all ready to go, and I have joined WW online again! I also have a treadmill coming my way - can you do the program with a treaddy or does it have to be outside?

My BIL and SIL have been here from Canada for the last 3 weeks so it's been SO tough to be good ( I haven't had an alcohol free day in over a week ) So as of tomorrow that is IT and I am doing no big 4 junk take aways for 3 mths as well! Good luck chicks! For those who have started how did you go? Did you find it very difficult? I have loads of hills near here - eeek!

On the main page of the website for c25k they have a program for using a treadmill, I printed it out this morning because I will be doing mine mostly on the treadmill to start with

I may have to delay starting mine, storm just hit us and AF has made a very painful appearance *sigh* Hopefully tomorrow I can get to the gym and start.

I'm in... but probably not till march.

My exercise routine has gone from housework to...

40 mins on the treadmill every second day...
Power walks up hill every Mon/Wed
Walking to school every day, when they go back (on the way back I'll be taking a detour up a nasty hill)
    Wii Fit
    Roller Skating (starting from Feb)

I have also lost nearly 17 kgs... whilst I feel great I want to be a little fitter for running (even though I know they take it slow) as I have back issues.

Ms Fi, I've been doing a heck of a lot of exercise with a BMI of more than 35. It is definitely doable... definitely.

You are going to do awesomely Ms. Sarie... and you won't know yourself after!

I'm becoming one of those people I used to make fun of... I'm continually trying to find more ways to fit exercise IN to my lifestyle

How realistic is it to hope to be able to do this with a BMI of 35? I've never been very fit but really have to do something about it - my sister is coming over to see us in July and I'd love to be able to stun her by looking more like her baby sister than a blimp!

Hi guys. I am back online! Didn't do any jogging yet - just some on the spot interval sprints. Going to jog today - so looking forward to it! My goal is to do 30mins. I won't be able to jog the whole time but I really want to do 30 mins of exercise each day so figure even if I walk some (most) of it I will be happy. Hope you are all doing well!

Far out, you sound super-fit to me! Even more doable then.
I am struggling to move on to longer runs. This morning I was really digging deep to get through 20 minutes. *Sigh*
Does anyone use the Robert Ullrey podcasts? I am having trouble downloading week 6 - I can't find it in the right format?
What are the podcasts you guys are using?
