Not losing a bit how to get rid from stubborn weight
Nimra if you talk with your doctor, they can organize a care plan where You get to see a dietitian for very little $$. I think it's called an Allied Health Plan. The dietitian could help teach you about eating enough of all the different food groups so your body is well nourished and healthy.
And tell those mean people who make nasty comments that having some weight on after having a baby is essential for Breastfeeding and hormone balance. It ensures you and your baby survive. Or take the other route and tell them to keep their opinions to themselves!
Have you had your hormones looked at? Mine go haywire after giving birth. I was going to the gym and doing cardio and aerobic exercise aswell as eating really well and I was actually gaining weight! fast forward a few months and after seeing my gyno/ob and a dietician after lots of bloodtests and ultrasounds I was put on the contraceptive pill (Diane) and then the weight just started falling off me, without me changing anything. It really demonstrated just how much my hormones effect my weight.
I agree, you need to eat more food and more protein than you are currently. However, I don't think your issue is the extra 5kgs you are carrying 2 months after having a baby; your issue is the rude, unsupportive women you are keeping company with. Forget the weight - it will come off in time with a healthy diet and moderate exercise - and find some new friends who see you for the wonderful woman that you are.
tears and tears so emotional How wonderful you all my hugs for you all.
