Well yesterday I did 16,000 steps - today I did 20,000 steps and am buggared. Just trying to recover enough to cook tea (100g salmon and asian salad)

Ray - having the pedometer does make me think "do I really need to drive?" And it makes me feel good!
I have to post. I have been bad. I had KFC for dinner, now I feel really guilty about eating it. I've done soo good and now ruined it. I added up the calories and it cam to a grand total of 886 just for a twister and a few chicken nuggets.

hi girls, do you mind if I join your group? I see you have been going for 3 weeks but I promise to work extra hard to catch up.
I have managed to get from 77.6 to 68.9 since October but still have 6.9 kilos to go. I have been doing WW but I can no longer afford the weekly meetings plus it is hard work going with 2 young children. Hopefully I can get the motivation through this challenge to succeed.
I have done 25mins on the treadmill today but just had Nasi Goreng for teaI promise to get back on the band wagon tomorrow.
I know I need to move on but it is playing on my mind. But it was very yummy.
Clare: of course you can join the more the merrier. Congrats on losing all that weight and I hope the rest falls of easy enough.

I cant get there on a thursdayor any weekday for that matter, I weigh in on a saturday as thats the only day I get the chance to go.

Even on Thursday nights I seem to weigh less. Its probably psychological!
We went to the supermarket today and I had another "You look like you have lost weight Lucy" comment! My old hairdresser now works in Woolies on the checkout and I haven't seen her for ages as I don;t normally shop on a Friday, so I probably haven't seen her for a good 2 months.......and it was the first thing she said to me.....I was very chuffed.......
