Okay ladies I'll be sitting down this week to finalise this! Sorry there has been a delay! I was away and then started uni and had a full weekend of work! So I've been crazy busy!!!
Sorry for the delay Lea - have PMd you my measurements - not as much as I would have hoped this month but I have been really slack! At least I didn't put on cms or weight!

I am still going to the gym, 3-5 times a week. Who would have thought it! I started this challenge quite determined to do all I could to limit food so I could avoid exercise!! Once I quit smoking it just made sense and I decided that it would only be really painful the first few weeks.Hopefully I can keep it up. Also, I'm trying to be sensible with food (but I just had an awesome weekend away with much wine, cheese and naughty food generally!). It was heaps of fun but now back to doing the right thing.

did the virtual everest challenge for the last 2 weeks - averaging 12000 steps a day

i think i may have gained this week but i have been very naughty so it is my own faultbut back on the wagon and hopefully i'll start seeing results again i got very disheartened (sp) i was plateuing (sp) out maybe i need a new tactic tony ferguson is boring me i might go back to WW for a stint

Shazz, I think it is a good idea to mix things up a bit - mainly with exercise - from what I have read our bodies get used to things and get comfortable if we do the same amount or type of exercise week in, week out and weight will stabilise and plateau (sp?) even with heaps of exercise. If you're getting bored with the shakes it might be time to switch to another eating plan? I know if I get bored I start breaking the rules which is usually worse - you could give yourself a month or two off TF and on WW or calorie counting and then go back to TF to kick start again maybe? I just bought some protein shake things to try - there is so much chatter in the other weight loss threads about shakes I thought I should probably try them. They seem handy to have for when you're rushed but also need to eat.

it was a fund raising event in Qld for Working Wonders Royal Children's Hospital Foundation our team came in 24th, which is pretty good considering we had a motley crue including a stuffed monkey (who had sherpas to carry it around & clock the steps ) and a girl with photosensitive epilepsy (who would walk around her unit).
WOw Schaz, that sound's like a fantastic fundraiser!! Well done.

SHazz, I'll be supportive, but as you know - I'm out. I'm going to try and still eat well (when I can eat at all again) but no weight loss for me.
