I was on it for a little while, but I have a history of depression, and it messed with my head. A friend of mine has been on it for about a year now, I don't think thats recommended, but she's lost something like 30kgs. I think its great IF you know where to draw the line - for me, I was happy to be losing weight no matter what my mental state was, but DH wasn't happy with it. Since coming off, I realise how bad a place I was in, and weight loss isn't worth your life yknow? My friend's attitude scares me, this time last year she would've been ecstatic to have lost what she has, but now that she's 'there', she's still taking it because she's still not happy. She's a good weight for her height, but she's not happy in herself.
I know, really bad review It's a great tool if you keeep an eye on yourself, and make sure you stop when you need to
