Hi,
Squats and lunges are good for bums. Exercise bike won't make your bum bigger. Tuckshop lady arms (I love that) can be counteracted by triceps exercises especially dips. You can easily do squats at home, and you can do dips too. Sit on the arm of a solid couch, and put your hands down on either side of your bottom. Wiggle your bottom off the edge, then raise and lower yourself with your arms. Elbows should be pointing back. See if that makes sense!!!
