If you are not into events, then I think you really are left with fitness goals. So increasing stamina, muscle strength, toning...setting yourself some little fitness target may be useful.
You could also try group fitness classes- boxing and combat can be pretty hardcore, as can step, and they can be developed as your strength and fitness does, so you can keep challenging yourself.

Personal events too may be useful - they don't have to be official or anything, but setting yourself some hikes, Kokoda training, fun events like Tough Mudder. Not sure what is around where you live, but in Perth there is a particular set of steps that people use as a training goal, as there is in the Dandenongs in Melbourne.

Is there are particular sport or event you have always wanted to learn how to do but never done it due to weight? Like skiing or rowing? Maybe a good time to try those and seek out some totally new experiences; broaden your horizons.
