    weighing in at 66kg.
Not such a great morning, got the boys off for their 1st day back at school then DD and I slept till 10.30.
Had poached egg and tomatoe on toast for lunch. We'll head out for a walk after her next sleep.
Tonight after dinner will be the hard part, thats when I eat. DH eats 3 dinners over the night and never puts on weight- blardy men!

Tabbouli (made with barley) for lunch. Not too bad. But main meals aren't my problem.

No exercise yet, due to flopsy mopsy baby girl. But I have my sneakers on. That's a start.

    Hi all,

Ok I have weighed in but I am not sharing what I weigh (too embarassed) but I will track it in a spreadsheet. I am doing housework today and yoga tonight. Not doing too badly for food today (but did eat some choc. coated peanuts) and am cooking a low fat stir fry with lots of veg for dinner. Trying to get off the coffee (I only have one a day but still) and red wine (such a weakness of mine).

Have a great week all! If you are in Melbourne - how about this weather hey?! Can't get any better motivation to move your a$$ in this weather! ;P

Audax Did you say that was 6kg's or 6kg's I'm not sure I read it correctly, can you please make sure that I have it correct on the update post that 6kg's is how much you will be loosing As you Spring into action and loose 2kg's for each month of Spring, making that 6kg's I'm gonna love hearing what you are eating, so many great ideas out of your kitchen, thing I have forgotten about such as barley tabbouli! yummo

Epacris, Sports bras are a must, and i just love those prezzies tha tyou pick out yourself lol I miss all of my gym clothes, they are all way too small for me. Thankfully I can dag out in my old clothes in my home gym so no one will see how bad I look! Well done on the running, I have no idea how I managed it but years back I managed to be able to do a pretty good jog/run for 30 minutes or so and man I LOVED it! The high I got from being able to 'breath' was just fantastic. I will never run again though, my knees are really bad.

Onyx I think you're smug too doing a workout before you dh is up I used to rock up for breakfast at a cafe (only to meet a friend) all bright eyed and bushytaled due to having done a workout, you kinda feel like you've been up for ages and acomplished something. Gosh I miss those days. That restaurant sounds lovely, yummmm Lebanese food!

Krysalyss Thanks hon, hope you are feeling better tomorrow

doubletrouble, your dh has 3 dinners what the?? Hope you hang there tonight.

Rhichichi no need to be embarresed hon, we are all friends and we are cheering for your success

AFM I managed to aviod one of my biggest temptations today, as mentioned the chocolate is in the same isle as the bread and I didn't even look at it YAY! This chocolate addiction is a pretty new thing (maybe 2 months) but I did get some chocolate Big M's just incase I have a melt down or a craving. I figure at least they are high in protein and I can stop myself at one drink rather than eating a while packet of chocolate biscuts!

Well done!!! I can recommend the Jarrah Choccolatte Frothy Classic - I make up with half the recommended amount with water and it tastes yum! The rec serving is only 47 cals so I figure that as a treat in the evening (if I have been good, lol). Keep it up - we'll all feel better in 12 weeks!
It took me 35mins to run/walk 4.5km this am so hoping to get better, food was ok too! Here's to tomorrow! xx
PS I was mortified at my weigh in too - but it won't get worse if I keep things up, so be proud of yourselves!

    Audax - SIX!

I had a terrible start after all that determination. I didn't get to the gym this morning - I usually go at 6am - because I only had a few hours sleep and then I couldn't eat breakfast or lunch, so I had a large (read massively enormously gigantic) plate of spaghetti, which I managed to scoff down in about 34 seconds. Attractive, I know. I topped it off with a glass of coke. Somebody shoot me!

But tomorrow, I will prevail! (really)

ETA: You're doing a great job, Cherished. Thanks for that.

Hi girls, just a quick pop in cause I'm on my phone.
Cherished, I can't believe the chocolate is in the bread isle at your local shop! That's just cruel. Luckily at mine it's just biscuits and chocolate together so makes it easy to skip all the naughties at once. My naught treat the other night was a tim tam and this choc filled croissant thing DF had taken them home that day.
Everyone that said they are embarrassed about their weight, big we're all on the right supportive path here
AFM I did no exercise yesterday, but I did walk around the shops for 2 hours so better then sitting on my butt all day I guess. I weighed in at 67.2. I weigh in the morning before eating but the time since feeding ds always varies so I guess that will affect it a little. I'm off to mum and bub yoga this morning, hopefully I can get to the gym tonight if DF feels up for 'babysitting'.
Hope you all have a great day

Hi Girls, just a quicky cos I'm at work

So far so good. Been eating really well all week, trying to squeez in as many walks as possible. Walked 6km yesterday, but DD was not too impressed for the last 1.5kms. Any ideas on how to entertain kids in prams???

Totally agree that no one needs to be embarrassed or ashamed by their weight. We are all in this together, and here to support one another. I weighed in yesterday, and it was what I expected, 81kgs I really hate it, and would love to get back to 70, if not by Thailand, then the end of the year, and 65kgs, that's just a pipe dream atm, perhaps after I have bub no 2, whenever that is.

I have some how managed to stay away from the lollies and choccies, even with DH on night shift. This is usually when I indulge the most as I am bored and lonely. Luckily I have had my new Acer Tablet to play around with and keep me company.

Inspired by Audax, thought I might add that maybe if you cannot exercise and diet due to circumstance, doing either/or is a great start.

Have a great day ladies, and will drop in with some persies when I'm not meant to be working x

True about not being embarrassed about your weight. The only thing to be embarrassed about is not doing anything about it! And we none of us are guilty of that.

Once upon a time I weighed in at 90kg, girls, so if that's where you are, I am here to tell you it can be done. I'm now on 69, and heading for 63 by Christmas!

Maybe. If this kid ever lets me off the couch I think she's well enough for me to squeeze in a walk today, but probably not a long one.

    Morning ladies
Survived last night without touching chocolate. Thought about it all night though
Managed to sneak DD into her pram when she was tired and ignored the velcro baby protests and hit the pavement (she fell asleep real fast) and managed to get a 30 min walk in the pram before she decided enough was enough and she wanted to go back to cuddles on the couch. Hope we can do the same today.
My Shape ups arrived last night, got them on now. The dvd was missing from the box- wondering how much I need it. They say they help with celulite- thats great cause even my big toe has celulite after baby #3

I like the idea of a choc drink reward! Awsome. I'll jump on that wagon
I think its amazing that people can get up so early and go to the gym. Really take my hat of to you.

Velcro girl has realised mummys not holding her and woken up, catch you later ladies

    I'm in!
I started a detox on Wednesday, so officially not spring, but almost Had terrible headaches over the past two days, but feeling much better today.

I'm doing the Nature's Sunshine 14day detox, it's mild and has enough in the box for two people to do it. It's acheivable and ok to do with a busy lifestyle.

I have done 2 spin classes as well as weights for my upper body. Gotta look good for summa time
