not tried wildberry and I'm not planning to in the near future! I think I have enough choice whith what I've tried so far. I may try the espresso one though.

I weigh in on Fridays. I have a kitchen tea this weekend and a wedding the following weekend (with a wedding BBQ the day after the ceremony as well!) so fingers crossed I can be brave and do OK!

Congratulations! It's great when people notice isn't it?!

I can never see it myself, in the mirror. I mean I can tell my clothes sizes are changing, but I always look the same in the mirror. Its photographs that really convince me.

I have converted on lady at work to TF (well she asked what I was doing, so I told her and she signed up, not much convincing required)

Just updating everyone on me - I am on one shake per day and I have modified what I am eating. This morning I am down to 72.6 from 75.1 starting weight less than 2 weeks ago, so I am very happy given I have been modifiying. I haven't been drinking as much water as I should either but am trying. I have my hot choccy in the mornings as I usually skip breakfast so I thought it would be a good idea. I have some extra cheese every now and again and I have been eating my 1/2 avocado a day with a little lemon and cracked pepper - mmmmmmm - or with salsa - heaps less carbs and kj's than pasta & tomato sauces. I've also been eating more than extra protein serves, sometimes two a day. I should be eating more vegies too, but I will get back on my inliven.

John is also down this morning another number, he's in the 97's from 101 when he started at the same time and is looking really good, he's tall so he can carry it well, but he's starting to look slim. He also does personal training once a week though, weights for 30mins, so he can't stop showing me his muscles *roll eyes* LOL. So kicking goals all round!

Bring on weigh in on Monday!!! I am really loving this diet as much as I am not on it now, its so easy. We have even had dinner at a restaurant with no troubles, greek which I love. I didnt have any dips and breads which I would have loved, but lots of seafood, meat and salad. I am so pleased I haven't put any on, this is too easy!

    TMI warning

I don't know what happened yesterday, but I got half way through my protein serve/dinner, and had a food escape and lost the lot. I was too scared to eat anything after that.
anyway so I was norty weighed myself last night (before dinner) and this morning, and it was 2kg HEAVIER this morning than last night. Still under my last weigh in, but 2kg overnight, after being sick? I don't get it.
i'd better be somewhere in between the 2 numbers by tomorrow morning!!!! Otherwise I will be too nervous to weigh in ( cos I dont go til lunchtime. hmmm maybe I will go in the morning and not have my lunchbreak!)

Oh no Rach Maybe because it wasnt making your metabolism work? I notice big changes sometimes, when I weighed myself yesterday night I was heavier than today first thing, they do fluctuate day to day! Hang in there!

Nope, shouldnt be retaining water ATM..
If I was weighing in at a TF clinic (as opposed to terry white) I would ask, but TBH the girls where I go are pretty clueless. I have not had one yet who really knows much about the program, so not sure what days the TF trained person is there...just its not when I go in.

However, if its weird tomorrow when I weigh in I will ring the 1800 number and have a chat to them.

Well I have decided I need new scales!
I weighed myself this morning (I always do but on Fridays I do it to get an idea of whether/how much I will lose at weigh in) and they said I'd lost 3.3kg!
    Yay! or so I thought...
I put on my bike shorts and tshirt I would get weighed in (which cant wweigh mor than 500gm between them) and jumped back on, and they said I'd only lost 1.9. What the?

So I got off and n again, that time they said I'd only gone down 0.7.

I know weight fluctuates, but surely not by 2.6 kilos in 15 minutes !?!
I'm so nervous about weighing in now its not funny!!!

That is so weird Rach... dont know what to suggest. Ours will be the same if you get on and off but fluctuates overnight. I couldnt eat much at all yesterday so I wonder if I have put on weight or lost weight... your experience has me wondering Rach, so when I can get myself off the couch I will go weigh myself!

yep very odd. I looked up some scales online, and i'm going to get them on ebay. the regular price is $75 + 15 postage (they have lots of models most at this price) but on ebay they're going for about $30 + 17.95 postage. So I think its time for new ones..they can't be worse than thes, plus they do body fat and water % as well

Are you feeling any better today Kelly?

Not yet, but I am sure its only a matter of days... I got my scales from Target and they have been great, digital ones but no spiffy extras for weightloss things.

Everyt ime I manage to motivte myself to lose weight, it turns in to party season!
I've had 2 birthdays, a hens night and a wedding next weekend!
Have been pretty good so far, but there was nothing to have for my actual meal on saturday, so the best option I had (and took) was a warm chicken salad with onion and sundried tomato. But there was SO much dressing! Will have to see what happens. Was not so good with the water drinking either so its not looking good!.
Im not weighing in this Friday cos I will be on my way to Mt Gambier, so will have a 2 week weighin the following week.

    hi girls,
I've just started the "success" shake diet again (4th time) as i need to lose 4-5 kgs for my wedding in 7 weeks time (yay!). I've done it before and lost weight and then gone off it then gone on it, gone off it etc... i've always achieved my weight loss when I go on it... but it doesn't always stay off

Can i use your thread as motivation girls? Or should I start my own thread for the "success" diet? its through Amcal chemist so its their diet brand... very similar to the Tony Ferguson one i believe....

as long as you can put up with all the TF talk, I don't see why not?
You could always start your own thread too I guess
