My first inclination would be to say no. This reminds me of those vibration machines they had in the 50s, they had a platform you stand on and a belt that you wear that shakes your stomach, which is meant to burn fat etc. The truth is you need to actually use your muscles for them to be engaged, vibration won't do it. The only thing this *might* do is increase blood flow, but a short walk would do a much better job even so. If you're really interested, ask the company for some research papers to support their claims.
