I am in love with these machines! I have always hated exercise but I've been going to a place in South Yarra that has these vibration training machines and they are great. I do about 15 minutes on them 2-3 times a week and they really do work. My strength has increased heaps and I have lost about 5 kilos since I started (without changing what I eat).
Before you knock them ladies - give them a try.

PS. I'd be careful about the cheap home ones though - I've looked at a few and they are nothing like the ones I train on. And anyway - my sessions only cost about $10 and include a cute personal trainer!!
