I'm writing these up on some post its and sticking them around the house, lol!
Here are a few more good ones I have found:
It comes down to a simple question: what do you want out of life, and what are you willing to do to get it?
"You have failed only when you quit trying. Until then, you're still in the act of progression. So, never quit trying and you'll never be a failure.---Tommy Kelley
"If you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you always got"
"Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall" confucious
Your body keeps an accurate journal regardless of what you write down...
3LM - Don't feed the trolls looks like they need a diet change themselves along with a dose of shut the hell up.
Are you on Pinterest hun? If you are jump on and tipe in fitness or health motivation - there are loads on there that are ace! Found one tonight that has a HOT stomach on it and says - Your stomach shouldn't be a waste basket! I love that - my tummy is my biggest problem area.
LOL, thanks Tan. I usually don't and stay out of it, but when it's personal, well........plus I'm a little sensitive today for some reason.
No I ahen't looked at pinterest. I will have to have a look. I like the garbage analogy, that's a good one Sadly for me, my tummy will forever be scarred and stretched out from being pregnant with rather large babies in my rather small frame (aside from me being overweight, I'm fairly small). No amount of exercise or dieting will help that!
Same with mine darls - I am only 5'1 and carried a 4 and 4.5kg baby which has taken it's toll big time! I carry it all on my tummy but all the more reason to work hard on crunches and yoga for me!! Even my posture and core strength makes a big difference when I can hold myself in a bit better!
