I haven't got it yet but I heard it on the radio this morning and thought it would be a good one - and good for the self esteem too
Vanessa Amorosi - This is Who I AM.

    Anything Beyonce.

I think of how hot she is and always think to myself if I keep going at it and push really hard I may have a body like her. Hey a girl can only dream!

if you type in Les Mills (fitness programs) on Limewire or wherever you're downloading from you should find some upbeat songs there...

    I love MG's list too!

Oh Ce! That IS on my play list at the moment!!!! D tells me it should be my "theme song" (bet you can imagine my reply )

I've also recently added Sexy Chick (love the beat) and One Love.

I can never get sick of Black Eyed Peas/Fergie and PiNK on my iPod.

I have a piece of software on my machine called Pacemaker Editor and it allows you to make playlists utilising bpm, which I find useful when making a mix playlist to exercise to, slower, fast, slow for warm-up, exercise, warm-down.

Ok, I'm updating my play list (yes again - gotta keep mixing it up!) but this time I'm struggling for music. Ideas? I'm also looking for some interval training stuff - looks like I might be getting a spin bike in the near future so I need some stuff for that

Sopdet - I just saw your post about pacemaker. What do you think of it 12 months down the track? Where did you get it from?

Ok, I'm off to see if I can make myself keel over in this disgusting Melb heat as I sweat it out in the park. Gotta lose the weight that has crept on whilst I've been on "heavily restricted exercise tasks" with my last relapse *wonders off muttering curse words under breath*

    TIA!
