I feel somewhat ashamed to admit we have two varieties of ****roach in our house- little light brown ones and the big shiny dark ones. Now, from what I've heard, the little light brown ones are bad news and we get rid of them whenever we see them. But DH tells me that the big shiny dark ones are native and are fine and we don't need to worry about them. (this is also true according to the show "Whats Good For You", if you want to believe it).

But, eeeeeew. I just hate it when I see them and I feel like I must be a terrible housekeeper. Anyone else with roachy visitors?

Are they really bad/ dirty? If so, how on earth do I get rid of them? I know they live on crumbs behind the stove etc and I have no idea how to clean EVERYWHERE.
