Yip I do it all the time. Sometimes because it is just too hot to be standing at the line and sometimes because I forget I had a load in the machine.
I have never lost anything off the line yet (touch wood) so I will carry on while it works for me.
Do whatever is going to make your life easier babe.

I hear ya Mel - it used to be really tricky here to hang out washing - as I couldn't have my little ones outside with me (no fencing out back!) and I couldn't leave them inside alone.

So - my solution - I used to hang the clothes on my clothes airer (as I could do that inside watching the girls) then I would just take the clothes airer outside in the sunniest spot!

We do it often. Evenings are the only time to get anything done around here!
We kind of started the habit of washing in the evenings as it's when we wash the nappies (end of the day, after the last cloth nappy for the day has been used). Now we do the clothes then too, and on the weekends.

Yup, that's what I do Mel. I usually hang washing out of an evening while DH gives DS a bath. Otherwise I'll put it on clothes airers.

I do it all the time, too... my washing gets hung out whenever I (or anyone else here) has time, morning noon or night.

I prefer to hang my washing out at night and bring it in first thing in the morning to prevent fading. When the girls are having their brekkie, or just after brekkie before all the drama begins for the day, I get it off. Putting it away is another thing though ...

yep i mainly hang mine up evening also.... depends if I have time earlier that day then I will but like most of us, I do it when i get the chance.
Doesn't bother me if washing sits on the line all night either. (unless it rains!!! that bothers me!)

    Folding washing takes forever though!

I tend to hang my washing out mid arvo and bring it in late morning the next day, then hang a fresh lot out mid arvo...and so the cycle continues LOL I have never considered the risk of someone stealing my washing...I dont think anyone would want our crusty clothes anyway
