Flat sheets! Who uses them?

We use summer weight doonas and wool blankets on all our beds. I like the weight too.

Also with regard to body fluids: men especially benefit from using a top sheet. Think about it... The wet spot isn't always confined to the bottom sheet.

Nope we don't like them here either, just a royal PITA! Spotlight also sell fitteds alone in a pack. I only ever use them in summer when it's too hot for anything else, and even then I usually wet a sarong or something instead....Man if you are in Melbourne you will know how odd that sounds with the weather we have right now - just the thought of sleeping with a WET cold sheet on top of me seems so bizarre. I have the heater on 22 and it hasn't stopped raining all day! Sorry to go so OT!

Haha before we had aircon I did the exact same thing Tanstar, Wet a towel or sarong and lie it over me with the standard fan going, ahhh heaven. we now have aircon woohoo

No flat sheets for us they are an absolute nuisance!!!! We only use one in summer on really hot nights and then it's just to throw over us, not tucked in and made on the bed.
