My washing machine is ruining my black clothes - HELP!

My black clothes are coming out of the machine fluffy! Not even a little bit, but to the point I can't wear them in public. I wash my clothes inside out and tried to find the lint filter, but i couldnt find it.. Any other suggestions. I've just bought some new black BF tops and I don't want them ruined too!

You shouldn't have to, but you could always wash in a lingerie bag?

mine does the exact same thing

i run my dark loads once with detergent and once without, it seems to help....

i havnt got a lint filter, well one i can find, so thats the next best option for me

Ours doesn't have one either. I just use a lint roller on my black clothes or you can use wide packing tape. It works quite well

I use wool wash on my blacks (not washing powder) and I often have to rinse things twice.
