We went to top end and bought a Kirby and it.is.awesome!!!!! Amazing what is sucks out of the carpet, beds, drapes etc. Actually, maybe gross is a better word than amazing

Anyway, I have heard awesome things about Dysons, Electrolux and one other also. Definitely worth spending money on a good one
OMG, we had a demo from the Kirby guys. All was going well until he told us the price!!! About $3,000 I recall. Bloody great vacuum though!
