I have the nicest smelling fabric softener too, bugger! But I won't be going back there I can tell you! lol. I gave most of it away, but I did warn my friend to use vinegar regularly in the washes

oh wow i didnt realise you can use vinegar for a softner too thats awesome how do you clean all the build up off the top of the cylinder from all the powder that has accidently spilled on it? would i use the vinegar there too? I think i will be cleaning more often now lol

How do i scrub the scum off the rubber ring? Mine is gross and i have tried bi carb and the sprayed it with vinegar but it is still disgusting

Make sure you use the drip dry function because spinning an empty drum is really bad for your machine.

I chuck a cup of vinegar in about once a year. I CBF doing it any more often.
