that's so true, I think I would like it to sell because none of the kids can move forwards yet and it has taken them so long to get in and get it on the market apparently if the property sells in the first 12mths as a deceased estate you don't have to pay tax on it but the 12mths is up on 7th of March and I don't see it selling before then unfortunatley
