Actually reading some of the threads on different sections of the forum tonight I think, as you said Lissie, a lot of people have it a lot worse. So,'pity party' over for now...

Have a great long weekend Blizz with your DH celebrating your anniversary.

I'm starting to feel a little restless so hopefully we'll be able to do something this weekend. I deliberately left all my stuff at work so I wouldn't be tempted to work on the weekend. However I'll have to catch up soon.

DH wants to get a desk (his old one was a dining table that was too big and rusted to come with us) so we'll probably investigate that.

I'm going to blog and then go to bed.

wow, didn't know it was possible to feel this tired......LOL!!! it's 11:45am and I have just waved DH off for another 5 nights away and have just put DD to bed for arvo sleep so after a quick cruise around BB I think I might tuck myself in for a nanna nap as well.
we went to Ulverstone for a counter meal to celebrate our anniversary last night (they have a play room for the kids and they actually bring their kids meals out before all of the other meals (it's a miracle)
    Had a nice time.
DH made us test drive a Holden Captiva on Saturday morning, I wasn't impressed it was ok seven seater and all but I really would like a comfortable smooth riding family car which is why I'm leaning towards the Mazda 6 wagon but it is all pie in the sky until DH's mothers house sells and that doesn't seem to be happening anytime soon.
Think I might dissapear for that nanna nap now might as well take advantage of the peace and quiet talk a little later on

Will try again in a few weeks time - just got to lick my wounds after this round - but just can't sit around must keep on going even though i want to curl up in a ball and just keep crying but that will do no good i know.
Anyhoo - best of luck to you all all round.

Lissie, sorry to hear the news.

I'm beginning to think that while our goals are the same (to have a healthy baby in our arms) that the journey is completely different for all of us.

Blizz... that is about the only car I haven't test driven yet!! (sigh).. My DH is driving me insane about getting a new car - we got one 8 years ago.. what's wrong with that LOL!... men hey?

Gargy.. glad to hear your back at work... sllooooowly does it now (miss bossy here)..

me.. I've got some horrid lurgy, which first started with a headache, then I though I was getting a cold.. now I can't think straight and I get incredibly tired very quickly... Friday I had to leave work at lunchtime, and I couldn't remember the drive home (never a good sign).. and I fell into bed and woke up 4 hours later.. feeling a little better).. My brain feels like it has a cold, but I don't have any of the symptoms (snotty nose etc)... been feeling like I'm having hot flushes - had to have the air conditioner on even though it was 26?? Just awful..
