Hi Tarkine - Thanks so much for that info! It's so great that you are pregnant! You dont have to answer this question if you dont want to but did you think you would get pregnant first time? Do you have frozen embies for when you want to add to your family?
I think I just need to go with the flow of things and not have my expectations too high! I am fairly fit & healthy... I am trying to get my body ready for the process! I need to start exercising a little more... which I am going to start tomorrow! It's just so hard in winter... the mornings are dark & freezing and night time is the same!
