We are a legitimate business with our own website and eBay is a small part of our sales, being deregistered by eBay and their myriad of stupid rules is not a reflection on us as a business or our reliability and you can rest assured that your item will be delivered.

My first reaction is to try and get my money back... I mean, what kind of 'legitimate business' doesn't even have my details (I mean, the item was supposed to be sent by now for starters...). What would have happened if I hadn't even contacted them?

Oh, and I've just discovered I can get the same item expressed post, and it'll cost me a few dollars cheaper INCLUDING postage as a buy it now... pretty much guarenteed to be here Mon/Tues... this business won't...
