i am pretty sure by now she would know i have paid via paypal and she has not emailed me as of yet. Last night someone placed a bid on the relisted item so now it gets even harder to sort out. I have decided not yet will i contact her ill just wait and see what happeneds.

Perhaps send a message to the person that bid on it saying that it was relisted and you won it the first time? Say it in a way that you are sorry, and ebay are sorting it out, and they should try other auctions, in case they end up in the same situation as you.

i would try and work it out before the new listing ends.. then it will become very tricky with another party involved..

If she has already listed it and someone has bidded on it, then I would not worry about trying to get the pram and just get your money back via ebay or paypal etc.

Just moving this to the Ebay Help forum too....

Oh thats so wrong! You cant just re-list an item that has already been sold!! Have you contacted ebay yet?

No, see I'd want the pram! You won it fair and square! Follow it through with ebay hun, and make sure they know she's already re-listed it. Not on! I agree that a friendly email to the person who has bit on it might be a good idea.

Omg..that is so wrong, so basically this women is trying to sell this item to someboady else when she has already been paid by you ! She's a fraud, i wonder how many people before you has she done this too...that pram is YOURS!! Take it as far as you can darl she should not get away with this...you won the bid, you paid for the item so that item is now YOURS not hers. I agree take someone with you to collect the item because i dare say she will cause a ruckuss.

Oh i would be fighting it out too just for the principal of it.
I would first contact the seller and say that yeh you won the auction fair and square for their listed price. It is not your fault that they started the auction at a too low price for them. You have both entered into a leagally binding contract and you want the item you have paid for. If she doesnt agree to this then tell her you will contact ebay as it is against their policies which may lead her to be indefinately suspended.
Then id wait for a reply. If you dont get one within 2 days then id contact ebay and see what they say.

You won the auction fair and square. Even if they made you pay more shipping costs, they can only make you pay what it costs them to ship the item. They arent allowed to make money from shipping.

All the best and let us know how it pans out.

i'd go immediately to the livechat mob - they'll tell you how to go about not only reporting her behaviour, but what recourse you have re negative feedback, getting your money back etc. i seriously doubt she'll part with the pram for you now - all they can really do is cancel the listing and hope that she is desperate enough to hand it over for the $40 you paid for it - by the sounds of it, she won't though

    good luck with this hun

well it seems the plot thickens,
i have contacted ebay and contact the trust ppl via email. But in doing that that doesn't force the lady to sell me the item.
No i am not allowed to contact the current bidder that is not allowed.
Yes the seller is in breach but i get this feeling all they can do is unregister her nothing more.
She has not excepted payment yet in paypal ... oh well ...at least thats one thing working for me.
She has tho canceled the transaction between me and her so that then free's me up to buy something else as she sorta has now taken the obligation for em to buy through her and thrown it away.

I will continue to make my point with her through ebay i wont email her back as there is no point if she has canceled the transaction and yes this is against ebay policy but as i have been informed nothign they can do about it now nor can they force her to complete the transaction.

oh gosh all i wanted was a blinking neat and tidy cheap nice clean looking pram anyone here got on in the caboolture area they dont want ?
