Last year Y's kindy teacher told me to take a quick look through lost property on the last day because anything left is given to charity or the uniform shop.
Lucky I looked because I found his sleeveless puffa. I had a bit of a tut-tut about how grotty it was and how fast it had worn. Then I took it home and washed it and put it away.

Guess what I just found - 2 puffa vests!!

yep - I took someone else's identical puffa home. In my defence it is black and there is nowhere for a label and how many kids would you expect in a school of less than 200 kids to bring the same non-uniform item to school? At least it was worn and grotty because it was someone else's LOL.

I dunno what to do with it. If I sneak it back into lost property they won't find it because it was last years. Can I bear the shame of asking the principal to include it in the news letter?

I was whinging about the Mums who steal clothes just last week and now I'm one of them.
