Hey Kel, its fantastic that you have made this a priority.
Like the other ladies said, even if its just a small thing such as getting your hair or nails (or both!) done once a month, just make a day and stick to it.
I dont have any kiddies yet, but I make a point every six weeks i get my hair and waxing done, as this is the only time I can get away from work and other commitments. Its my time, a couple of hours just to relax and do nothing having ppl fuss over me, as well as this I have also made good friends with my hair-dresser and beautician too...So there is another upside!!

i do want to study but the time just isnt right..
I have decided today that i am going to put DD into care a couple of hours a week so that I can get the house clean without a little helper trawling along messing things as I clean as I am finding a messy house drags me down too.
)
