Alot of women get ovalution pain - doesn't necessarily have anything to do with having endo so I wouldn't be too concerned with the ovalution pain. The fact that it is lasting so long and getting worse is more of a concern. It could mean a number of things or it could be scarring from the endo.

Scars from endo and/or operations can cause you to be more sensitive and can make it feel like something worse is going on that actually is. (Certain "positions" can also aggrivate it too, if you catch my drift!)

Personally if your pain is getting worse - I would go back to the doctor, telling them what's going on (even make a journal to track each month) and get an ultrasound. They can pick a few things with internal ultrasound quite easily and get an idea.

Also acunptunure is very good at helping with pain for this kind of thing!
