I was on Synarel many years ago. I hope it is more friendly as I had a nasal spray. I had hot flushes, mood swings and nose bleeds.

I didn't last on it for too long (3-4 months).
But that is how it was for me it could be OK for you, everyone has a different result with the drug.
I do know someone who it worked wonders for.
