My twin sister had the same this time last year - she went in for the procedure and was also very nervous. She said that the staff nurses etc were all very very good before they put her under and once she woke up -When she did wake up, they told her that she did have Endo, but they had got it all and it wasnt too bad. The scar they gave her was TINY and it can only be seen now when she points it out.

I won't lie to you, she was in a bit of pain when she came home and that lasted for a week or so - she just had to be really careful and gentle with herself - lots of rest.

Going into hospital is scary - I had a colonoscopy about 3 years ago, but the Drs reassure you and know what they are doing!
