Meh must be your big heart taking up extra room!

It certainly wouldn't hurt to ask him!

    Good luck x

Yeah, I've had many internal scans. I have a retroverted uterus so internals the way to go anyway. They've mentioned cysts before, but never seem concerned enough to wanna operate.

I've decided to name it. I'm calling it Lumpy the Too-Ma. Lumpy's being a pain in the ovary today

Have you been diagnosed with pcos? If so, maybe that's why they're not concerned!!!

Yeah, I've been diagnosed with PCOS. Surely the cysts shouldn't get THAT big though? Maybe I'll just go in and throw a tantrum

Regardless of your size, at some point a lap may be the only option you have left to conclusively diagnose what is happening in there. I think it is certainly worth a shot to ask anyway.

Definately ask, but don't be suprised if he asks for more scans if he agrees. Doctors like to have at least some idea of what they are likely to find before they go in.

That's exactly it Trill, I think we've learned all we're gonna learn from scans, the next step is to cut me open and look at it for themselves! Hopefully I can convince him - I doubt he'd do it if he didn't feel it was worth it, given my size and also the blood issue. Apparently bleeding can be a problem in this surgery. Oh well, suppose I'll find out on Monday
