Sometimes you can find someone who is more specialised than others, I have seen some that were more realistic than others. I used vitex for a while as well and it didn't help me, I also was given some other herb (can't remember the name) and had the most excruciating pain on it. The only thing with them is that some of them cost an absolute bomb even after health insurance.
