Apparently PCOS women are more prone to miscarriage. Sorry to hear of your disappointments
My OB started me on Metformin and I'll be on it to the end of my first trimester. The plan was to go onto clomid, but I didn't end up needing it. But apparently Metformin helps you to respond to the Clomid, and remaining on it for the 12 weeks helps reduce miscarriage. Perhaps you could talk to your specialist about Metformin. It is still a controversial drug with regards to staying on it while pregnant, as there aren't any extensive or conclusive studies that can categorise it's safety. However, I trust my OB and he's kept me on it. This is my first pg, and I'm hoping it'll stick.. going well so far I was a little worried, coz my mum had 3 miscarriages herself.
I hope you're able to find a solution soon, and your next one will stick!
blue - sorry to hear that it's possible you've miscarried. All the best.
