oh hon - I am sorry for you losses I too have PCOS and had 2 miscarriages late in the trimester. They weren't clomid pregnancies but the third pregnancy I had was clomid. I conceived twins and we lost a twin at almost 10 weeks. My next pregnancy was clomid and that went to term.

I wouldn't imagine clomid would be the results of your mc. But what my doc did with my last pregancy was moniter my progesterone levels weekly as PCOS women can have a progesterone issue and progesterone support might be necessary until the placenta takes over. Thankfully I didn't it but it would have been nice to know with my first pregnancies
