I've joined this great group yesterday and just came across your message. That's fantastic news and so reassuring for me. I am about to go and have a surgery to remove endo(think it's severe)+?bowel resection (have real bad problems w bowels)=?adhesions.I would be interested to know who your surgeons were if you feel comfortable recommending. I'm gonna need urgent surgery as my blood test showed raised ca125.Two yrs ago had same thing, it turned out to be hamorrhage cyst & had laporoscopy. Gp said could be same thing again or worse ?ovarian cancer or else.Not sure where you are, I'm in Melbourne. WOuld appreciate your comments if you see this note.Thanx heaps.Nena

Just a quick hello,

Hope your doing well and have found a good surgeon. My surgeon is in Sydney - so I don't know if you would want to travel. But if you want the details of who he was I am happy to email them to you.... just need your email. He is a well known Sydney surgeon and I know atleast a few of the other ladies on the forum have been operated on by him and I have not heard anything but praise. I can say so far so good. My recovery once I left hospital was relatively smooth my cycle was out of wack for about two months after but it seems to have now sorted itself out....

Thanks Jo for you reply.Glad to here that you recovered well.I was hoping your surgeons were in Melbourne, but think I know who you are talking about; Dr. C from Sydney is much talked about on this forum.And, yes I'm very tempted to travel to Sydney as I heard so much good about him.Don't know if I can arrange it from here, will see.Thanks again.Best wishes to you too in the New Year.
