Hi there,
I have had a few cysts of similar sizes.
Some of them the body will just absorb and you don't realise that they are they. Some depending on the size - they will do a keyhole surgery and drain them. (Can't remember how big etc) If they are causeing allot of pain or you are still concerned make sure you talk to your dr.

I too thought i'd have along TTC journey, but turned out a little shortner than i was expecting, we now have DD.
