Hi Haylee,
First off, welcome to BellyBelly. The girls here are fantastic and the info you can get from others experiences has been great. I am really sorry to hear of the problems you've had with PCOS. Everything you have been goin through is not good. Can i ask if you are seeing a specialist in regards to your PCOS? Because i think maybe if you can get some support like that it might be good.
I was diagnosed with PCOS 7 years ago, and had been prescribed the pill for about 5 and a half years. I stopped taking it in June 2003. All this time though i would see my specialist in Melbourne, and when i was ready to start trying to have a baby in 2003, i approached her and asked for her help. So far, I have been on Metformin for 14 months, which hasn't done a whole lot for me (but it has helped heaps of women to lose weight and fall pg). I have been on Clomid to help me ovulate since June 2004, first on a 50mg dose, now 100mg dose. Has helped me ovulate, which is fantastic, and now i am just waiting for that BFP.
It isn't an easy road, especially if you are an emotional person like me, but sites like this really help, cos they let you know you are not the only one going through this.
Best of luck to you, and i hopeto talk to you some more,

Cat
