I wanted to just reply as it sucks waiting for someone to write when you are waiting with anticipation.
I don't know if i can help you with anything other than encouragment. I have endo too but my cycles are regular 28-30 days in length. I do want to ask though, Where is it painful? And ovulating this late in your cycle make the cycle how long?
I know my cervix get quite tender before ovulation and if my bowels are full that hurts too. i do know that i was having painful intercourse...and therefore not having it...when i had a cyst that was large enough to create pressure. It was leaking into my abdonmen which was not great for me.
We have been trying to fall preg for about 8 years now with no luck so far. I have a good feeling about this month.

I tend to ovulate around Day 17 - 20 and I get spotting and cramping around this time too. Sometimes it only lasts a couple of days and returns a few days before my period. Othertimes it lasts all the way through to my period. Also, like HippyMum, my abdomen tends to hurt if my bowel/bladder are full.
Sorry I'm unable to answer your question...whilst we are not actually TTC, we haven't used any contraception for the past 18 months and I've never fallen pregnant...yet....anything is possible
