It's good to not give up hope isn't it - Jodie I guess if your cycles are normal then day 20 is around 6-7 dpo right? it very well could be an implantation bleed - cross fingers for you that is exactly what it is....

When I was very early pregnant with DD (before can do test) I didn't have implantation bleed but I recall a very different cycle to usual. My AF is due about the same time as you Jodie and believe it or not, I have a feeling I may be pregnant too. Mainly because I have a feeling of de ja vu to those early days with DD. This time around I had some extremely mild AF type feelings around 5 dpo and a bit more today. The main thing for me, as for you, is that something 'not normal' has happened this cycle and thats worth hoping about.

I did a google search 'early pregnancy symptoms' and a few good sites came up. I love to dream, I buy pregancy magazines even though I'm not pregnant yet - just to keep me hoping and 'expecting' that it will happen (eventually). So here's to dreams and hope!!!

Lyn, at my last ob/gyn appt he said that IVF had good results with endo at age 30 - your age I think (and mine). His clinic has a 70% success rate first go when the women with endo is around 30 - 31yrs which is a great statistic. I had no idea it was that high. I don't know though if that was also taking into account that I had had a recent lap and excision of endo and already had a child (semi naturally). Anyway, hopeful stats. Good luck convincing DP. Let us know how you go.

PS I just read your post in newbie endo stage 5 Jodie, no I didn't laugh (exactly). I am one with the lunar cycle and have a chart done up by my natropath to chart my fertile times according to my lunar cycle. It is possible to spontaneously ovulate during your lunar cycle which theoretically gives you two chances to conceive during one cycle or one 'extra fertile' chance if your lunar cycle and ovulation are at the same time. Interestingly my lunar cycle finished the day before I ovulated this cycle.... anyway I digress

I have talked to my natropath about using the lunar cycle to change my ovulation ie moon/light and she hasn't been entirely keen because she said it can throw your cycle out of wack - some extra long and some extra short which given that my cycle is regular (so to speak) she didn't want to make it any harder to conceive (by having irregular cycles). But, having said that, I will definitely ask her about what you said at our next appt (not for another 7wks though).
