Interesting - I just emailed DH about SIGG bottles after seeing this thread (I couldnt' remember what they were called when he bought his bottle) and he said he didn't go with SIGG because it isn't truly BPA free, it's just that they don't leach BPA. He ended up going with Klean Kanteen coz it has no BPA in the lining.

But SIGG have such cool designs! LOL. I'd be happy with it tho I think, so long as we're not ingesting any of the BPA. Am thinking of getting them for the kids.

Oh and on the topic of water... we were having neverfail water delivered for a long time... but now we just have a brita filter on the tap. Much cheaper! And can definitely taste the difference between the filtered and straight out of the tap.

We've also used the brita bottles that are like sports bottles with a filter in them. Very useful when out and you need to refill with tap water. Can't say I looked at what plastic it is tho :/
