You have to get cunning at this age. Remember, breastfeeding works on supply and demand - the more you use the more you make. It's not like you are given a certain amount each day and that's all there is. When your breasts are empty they are making milk quickly. When they are full they have cut off milk production. From that point of view it is perfectly fine to express beteen feeds. Your body will make more milk - and quickly. My other hot tip is to feed one breast, express the other and then let your baby finish the one you expressed - you will find you have plenty of milk.
