I am breastfeeding DS and until recently i was able to express some out for him to have while i was at work.
He usually has 2 bottles of EBM while im at work at night and has a good 150-180ml each go, now i express when i can which is usually in the morning and whenever else i can fit it in but the older he gets the harder its getting to express milk out! I use to be able to get 100ml in the morning no probs but im lucky to get 50ml now!
How can i get back to being able to express more??
