teresa - thanks for the info have made up some of those bikkies today..how many do i need to eat to see results?

Eluned - i usually express an hour after a feed as i find if i try any earllier nothing comes out. I dont think its a supply issues as he goes 3hrs between feeds i just need to come up with an exrea 300mls for when im at work

Manta ray - Thanks for the info as well, will be trying these i usually use a distraction just so im not constantly looking at how much im getting but sometimes its a little dishearting to see that after 10ish minutes or so there maybe 10-15mls there
