Belfie you ABSOLUTELY should feel proud, what an amazing thing you have done!

You have expressed for longer than a lot of people BF (me included with my first 2 children) and it IS harder work (benefits aside).

I've read your other thread... FWIW I totally understand you wanting to continue. And I think that it's YOU that has done it so far... it's up to YOU when to stop.


AFM... it seems I have waaaaay too much milk.. I was so proud thinking I had done a great job & now I've been told to reduce my supply, the hospital LC says I am at risk of mastitis & can't extend the time between pumps until my supply drops.

Have had a couple of bad nights sleep ...oh I hate getting up to pump
